We here at medical Scrubs R Us are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with any of our products simply return the item within 30 day for a full refund or exchange. In cases where the product is damaged or defected or the incorrect item was shipped Medical Scrubs R Us will assume any shipping charges. Shipping charges will be reimbursed by company check delivered by mail.
